My experience has been wonderful with the exception of the finance aspect. I met with finance ahead of time to ensure that all the doctors and surgery centers were in-network on my insurance. I was assured they were. No one ever told me that the anesthesiologists were not in-network. I ended up with a $1600 unexpected bill.

Dr Kennedy was great! Love the staff, very friendly and professional. They took great care of me. They have great coffee in the waiting room but they need some blinds because that is the brightest waiting room I have ever sat in -not good when your eyes are dilated.

Dr Barker is great! The NP was pleasant and knowledgeable. The wait time is never more than 5-10 minuets and the receptionist is adorably friendly.

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. During my first appointment the testing done was thorough and the staff member explained the purpose of each of the tests. Dr. Tremblay is professional and explained what had been found in each of the tests. He was enthusiastic, seeming to enjoy his work. I appreciated his detailed explanation of what had been found and his immmediate referral to a specialist to take care of my problem. He was not hurried nor impatient; in fact, Dr. Tremblay met me at the check out area and made sure that an appointment was made for me with the retina specialist as soon as possible. Because of the ongoing remodel the wait time for the appointment was unusually long, but the staff was pleasant. I'm so glad that I found this group of professionals and would refer them to anyone with concerns for their eyes or just a routine eye exam. The staff is excellent.

The staff is very nice & helpful. Only recommend talking directly to office and do not go through the call center. Had several misunderstandings with persons at call center but staff at location was wonderful.
