I was referred by Doris Stout and Keith Smith to Mann Eye Institute clinic for a lens implant for both my eyes. I arrived at 1:45 and with all my docs already filled up. I find all of the staff very nice went though several tests all afternoon until almost 5:30. I was explained in detail about my procedure step by step to finally sit down with very nice Breanna to go in detail on how the procedure is done and costs. I just need to figure out my schedules and for sure will be scheduling it very soon. Prob. the only one thing I would ve like to know in advance or when I was actually waiting was how long was it going to take. I just kept being told and now you come here and now you go there without a good idea how long so I could plan if I counted with a whole afternoon evening being there. other than that I think the clinic has the latest equipment and clearly know what they are doing.. looking forward to having my procedure done with Dr. Baker

I had a follow-up from LASIK after 6 years and my vision is still bionic! brbrI gave 4 stars because of communication on my eye exam. I had no idea my eyes would be dilated for a routine eye exam. You cant read your phone or a computer for several hours, which most of us use for daily work. I had to cancel the rest of my afternoon at the last minute which was not a pleasant situation. My eyes went back to normal 3-4 hours later. brbrASK if your eyes will be dilated, but Mann Eye scheduling should tell you.

My experience has been wonderful with the exception of the finance aspect. I met with finance ahead of time to ensure that all the doctors and surgery centers were in-network on my insurance. I was assured they were. No one ever told me that the anesthesiologists were not in-network. I ended up with a $1600 unexpected bill.

Dr Kennedy was great! Love the staff, very friendly and professional. They took great care of me. They have great coffee in the waiting room but they need some blinds because that is the brightest waiting room I have ever sat in -not good when your eyes are dilated.
