Ease of scheduling and friendliness of staff was nice. The parking situation is a bit of a nightmare so park in the hospital visitor lot but other than that I had a great experience with Mann Eye.

About 20 years later and I'm still impressed with the service and staff. Everyone was pleasant, informative and I never once felt rushed.Even in the lobby/waiting area, they knew their patients by name and had such a great rapport at 8am. Lol This was for a FREE consultation. The interaction and professionalism of this team led me to a place of comfort and trust. Looking forward to LASIK.**UPDATE**A month later and a few check-ups, I remain impressed. Most importantly, I can see! I thought I would have to use eye drops forever but that has lessened significantly. No regrets.

The first of 2 cataract surgeries done, went very well. Was surprised to get a call the night before from Dr Mann himself, checking in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns.
