Wish I would have been told to expect a two hour appointment. The staff were very nice, but I didnt know ahead of time that I was going to go into three different staging rooms , and not actually see the doctor until an hour and a half after my original appointment time. Once I saw Dr Melton, it was worth the wait.. She took a lot of time and gave me quite a history on my vision, and it helped set my expectations prior to surgery . The entire office seemed chaotic and a bit unorganized, but thats probably because they treat so many patients.

Disappointed by our visits today we had to sit and wait nearly an hour before being called back. I have not had this experience at the Mann eye Deerbrook office and will schedule there in the future because patients time is as valuable as the doctors.
