I am giving 4 stars for the care provided, but would give only 1 star for the inadequate and extremely difficult parking. Also confusion at reception desk with incoming and outgoing patients all in 1 line. Waited almost 10 minutes and was then told I was late...

My only complaint is the same one I always have--they are always 30 minutes behind schedule.

Very satisfied with the service and interactions. Greatest objection was a 2 hour wait in the lobby before anything was done.
