The receptionist was friendly and professional. She did not visit with others but remained focused on her duty. The optical assistant (pardon the title) also was focused and pleasant. I tend to run on the chatty side when in a room setting. She tolerated my so-called humor. The eye doctor examination went well. All the results were good news!

I am trully not a person that writes many reviews. I believe there should be something exceptional about a busy before you endorse them. Well, I found one. This place is actual unbelievable for the Customer Service, in this day and time it seems everyone is so rushed they forget their customer service ethics. I had both eyes done for cataracts and glacoma, so needless to say I spent some time with the staff. From the front desk to the doctor, so polite and courteous. But most importantly my eye work is top of the line. I am reading without glasses. The procedure process was effortless on my part. They are so efficent. It took barely an hour for each eye. The after care superb. You are called the same day of the surgery to ensure youre fine. The ladies at the front counter on the second floor greet you with a smile each and every time. Dr. Szynkarski is mild and personable, he doesnt act superiorlike most doctors. He speaks to you on your level, doesnt rush you through but actually listens and answers.I couldnt have a better experience. i cant forget the nurses, they treat you as if they are your next door neighbor. My overall experience with this place was outstanding. And if you know me, thats saying alot.
