I just called to get information on a procedure and to make a consultation appointment. I talked to Lindsey and she was so helpful and polite. She answered my questions without rushing me and set up my appointment and is getting the referral from my pcp. She was very pleasant and professional. I will write another review after my first appointment with Dr. Kahn as I am a new patient.

Im a patient of John Walters. He and his staff are pleasant and helpful, and I have confidence in their work. Im not sure who the snobby receptionist might be, but I havent encountered anyone like that! They have gone out of their way to help me with scheduling problems.

Just went in today for a routine eye exam with Dr Aggarwal. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. Their information said a first visit would take about 2 hours and they were right. I had a refraction test for eyeglasses. There was an additional cost for that and again It was explained in the new patient information. Dr Aggarwal gave a thorough examination and explained her findings clearly. It was a very positive experience.
