The doctors are excellent! The office management not so much! On several occasions I have waited a very long time to get to see a doctor (2 1/2 hrs, 1 1/2 hrs.....). I have had to call twice in a day to get to talk with someone. I have been incorrectly billed for services covered by insurance. I just found out that my PCP has not received any records from my 3 surgeries at this office!

Dr N was well informed and gave good instructions for care. The chart for drops was very helpful. The admitting staff was cheerful and efficient.
