I have been going here for many years now. Dr Walters and Dr Acord have been really great. Check in is fast and billing has always gone smoothly. No complaints.

Everyone was professional and kind. My only negative comment would be that I waited in the examination room for over a half hour before I saw Dr. Howler. I would recommend that the wait be longer in the reception/waiting room. Ten minutes, I think, is the longest a patient should be waiting in the consultation room. Thanks!

I was in Maine on vacation and my eye doctor at home wanted me to have my eye pressure checked while on vacation due to recent eye issues. Maine Eye accommodated me and I saw Dr. Hannah Cavelli (sp?). I was very happy that they were willing to see me (with a referral from my home doctor of course) after another practice had told me they wouldnt see me and Dr. Cavelli was kind and thorough. My eyes were fine but if I had been having (or if I have any) issues, theres no doubt in my mind that they have the resources to handle it ( in particular a retina specialist).

Dr. Cady..second to none, wonderful bedside manner, professional and polite. The staff on the other hand, while polite, were all very confusing. Different people gave us different instructions/derails. It took time to sort things out and do the right things.

The doctors are excellent! The office management not so much! On several occasions I have waited a very long time to get to see a doctor (2 1/2 hrs, 1 1/2 hrs.....). I have had to call twice in a day to get to talk with someone. I have been incorrectly billed for services covered by insurance. I just found out that my PCP has not received any records from my 3 surgeries at this office!
