So its time for my routing eye exam, get the reminder from them and my insurance has not changed which always paid 100% So i go like always, seemed fine until i get a bill for over $200 and an explanation that they don't take insure and never have and that my insurance changed, it didn't. At least at check in when they ask for my card and I sign in they could say that i am responsible for the days visit. I would have then passed as it was a routine visit and my eyes are 20/20. needless to say i called to challenge the charge or at least reduce them for not at least letting me know I was going to be charged for the visit but the robot billing manager read from a script of "it not our responsibility" yada yada yada. I WOULD NOT GO THERE AND ALL MY FAMILY WILL STOP, amazingly they dont care!!!

I have been a patient for over 40 years and my husband and kids are patients, too. The staff is professional, thorough and courteous. I had Lasik 13 year ago and recently, blepharoplasty. Both procedures were explained in detail and successful.

We take my son (6) here they are really good with him. He hates his eyes messed with but they are really good at calming him down and working through it.

Brought my 3 year old in for the first time and it has been a very long wait. Been here before 1:30 pm and its now 3:14 pm and have not seen the doctor
