Soooo SLOW! over 2 hrs before I saw the Doctor, while she was very professional, the staff is very careless. Even the elevator is slow!! Looking around this practice is on its last legs, poorly maintained facility very few staff, not even many patients. Never again!! I will see people that care enough to take proper care of and appreciate their patients.

Waiting time is way too long. Use of same drops for dilating eyes and ointment on multiple patients!

I have to take away two stars for the long wait time. 2 1/2 hours! My dr. was wonderful. I guess the long wait times at this practice is the norm.

During Covid Times, YOU NEED TO LET THE FAMILIES KNOW THAT THE PARTNER HAS TO WAIT IN THE CAR. BEFORE THE APP IS EVEN MADE..... I went to an eye doctor appointment with my wife and was told that I had to wait in the car with my other child the appointment took 3 1/2 hours... he is 1 1/2.. PLEASE INFORM CUSTOMERS!!!! That way parents don't have to sit in the car 90 day and not have a clue where to go because they're not familiar with the area..Do your due diligence for your customers and explain to them the entire process that would be very helpful

I had cataract surgery yesterday 7/21. There are not enough "W and O's" in WOW,I can SEE again!Professional kind staff do not occur by accident or luck. Dr. Cady and staff are 'World Class'.Every step is explained with care and compassion.I wish I had the procedure earlier. I will be back in August for the other eye.........Sincere thanks for "turning on the lights".Jim @ 20/20
