I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Berman. Ive seen him for over a year and recently had surgery for Strabismus (misaligned eyes). He and his staff have been professional, courteous, and empathetic. They encouraged me to call whenever I had concerns or questions. After my surgery, a return to normal vision took a while (as was expected) and I was worried. Dr. Berman returned my calls and patiently and reassuringly answered my questions, even on the weekend. Most importantly, he is an excellent and experienced surgeon. My outcome is perfect!

Brought my son here for glasses as we've had issues getting glasses that fit well elsewhere. Scott helped us find the right fit and a frame that would be strong and flexible as my son is rough on his glasses. They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend the optical shop to anyone in need of glasses.

After recently having cataract surgery with Dr. Libby, I went back to Dr. Walter for a prescription for glasses - for reading, for computer work and for distance to improve the 20/25 vision that was all Dr. Libby was able to get with the surgery in my right eye. Dr. Walters examined me and, although I told him repeatedly during the examination of BOTH eyes that I was seeing double, he gave me a prescription that did not include measurements for prisms - the primary correction for double vision. I called 3 days ago and asked for a correction to my prescription and an appointment for him to take prism measurements as the nurse could find nothing in my records indicating that he measured for prisms. II CAN'T READ ANY BOOKS and I have had to enlarge the text on my computer to 175% in order to read online. Everything is still blurred together (left eye) or one line with a "ghost line" on top of it (right eye). I was told that Dr. Walters has been given my message but has not responded. If I don't get a reply by Monday, I will go to another optometrist/practice and get a prescription with prism adjustments and deduct the cost from what I owe this practice. I would not recommend them, based on my experience. BTW- Dr. Walters told me that my eye is forming scar tissue around or behind the capsule that holds the newly installed lens and that I will now need laser surgery that Dr. Libby's office told me will cost me as much as the cataract surgery cost me. I know Dr. Libby does a lot of laser surgery but, at NO time was I told or warned that I might have to have laser surgery AFTER the cataract surgery. Even if this kind of trauma and scarring only occurs in a small percentage of patients, I should have been warned. He will NOT be doing any more surgery on me!! If I don't hear back from Dr. Walters with an immediate appointment for a COMPLETE PRESCRIPTION by Monday, I will go to another optometry practice and get a corrected prescription.

This place is a joke. The staff is respectfull but knowledge is terrible. They have no idea what to do or how to do anything. Very very disappointed in the education from the so called DRs here..
