Over six visits Dr Libby ran from 10 mins to usually 30 to 1 1/2 hours late, checked ringing cell phone, pushed expensive lens without explaining even though tech told him twice I decided no, appeared not to care. Post surgery problem took 4 calls before any response to my problems . Staff appears uncaring, unhappy. My new choice for second cataract is fabulous.

I was treated by Dr Gelinas and Dr Moore on an emergency basis on the weekend for a retinal tear. Both men were compassionate and extremely professional. Dr Moore was very thorough with my follow up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

2 - 3 hour wait to see doctor is normal here. They admitted to over- booking appointments. I had been a patient for 33 years, and have seen a marked change in this practice in recent years. Drs. Moore and Bazarian seem to lack the temperment for their chosen professions.

Dr. Thees is a wonderful eye doctor. I've seen him for about 8 years. I almost always come into my eye appointments with a battery of questions and he has answered every one knowledgably and enthusiastically. I truly think he's great doctor and human being and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
