The only problem I have with this campus is the employees- except for initial check in they are more interested in chatting themselves up than asking a patient if they need help.Once you are seated in a room there is a big difference. Also they all need to remember that many people have hearing issues.Talking to your computer screen while you ask questions of us in your low tone of voice directed toward your computer is not helping you to gather pertinent info-The Marginal Way Campus is open and airy and the check in employees are sometimes from Lowell St and we can banter a wee bit. I have been at the Marginal Way campus many times , including the surgical suite. Spotless, Friendly, Professional,usually on time. The doctors I have seen will tell you as much as you want to know- ask questions-the answers are at a level you can understand.

I cannot say how good my experience was with these folks. I was from out of town and was having an an eye issue which turned out to be a partially detached retina. Everyone we dealt with, intake person, nurses and doctors were so very good to deal with and professional. Both my wife and I are extremely happy and impressed with this practice and all of its staff and especially Dr. Fowler e

My experience at Maine Eye Center is always great. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. My wait time is short, and my Drs assistant is knowledgeable and comforting. My doctors are very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer my questions even some that I think might be silly, but im always reassured that no question is silly.
