Dr Wajda did surgery on my upper and lower eyelids. From the first meeting until Post Op, she and her staff were communicative and helpful. Everything went as scheduled and I am very happy with the process and results.

I have been going to the optometrist here at Maine Eye for 4.5 years now, and I have never had a bad experience. My original OD moved away and now I have John Walters, who is genuinely invested in making sure his patients understand what is happening with their vision. Such incredible, no nonsense recommendations and wisdom! Seeing Dr. Walters makes me confident leaving that he did everything he could to ensure my eyes are healthy and well.Additionally, I cannot say enough good words about the Optical Center. Recently realizing that I needed progressive bifocals, I was nervous about the fit and use of the lenses. I also felt a little worried about having to adjust to what I heard can cause motion sickness. The staff made me feel so at ease--from picking out the frames to sitting down with me and helping me practice using the progressives before I left.At a time where peoples tempers and grouchiness seems to be at an all time high, Maine Eye Centers medical staff and optical center staff have been nothing but a joy to work with. Thanks all for providing excellent care!!
