I have been struggling with Keratoconous for over 30 years. I recently had cateract surgery and needed to be refitted with new lens post surgery. Dr Acord was amazing,. Her knowledge and expertise were overwelmingly gratifying and appreciated. Her Dr/patient rapport is exceptional. She listens to her patients. She was very respectful and engaging and honoring my many years of expertise with dealing with my eye issues. I am so grateful to her. It has been a 4 month recovery from cateract surgery due to the need to be refitted with sceleral lens. I was unable to drive for those months which caused much frustration. As my grandson said to us.."Did you hear the great news?/...Nana can drive again!!"With Gratitude I can drive and have the best vison I have had since my 20's..Much Thanks to you Dr Noell Acord OD FAAO..

1. I received conflicting instructions regarding the eye drops associated with my cataract surgery. The Rx instructions say "starting AFTER surgery instill 1 drop 3x daily...". The instructions I received from ME Eye a few weeks earlier say to do "3 drops the day BEFORE surgery, and one drop the morning of".2. After surgery I was given a paper asking me to "Please participate in our Patient Satisfaction Survey!" However, upon entering the web address, I got the message "Not accepting additional responses at this time".3. I tried to email you, but apparently you don't provide an email option??? So I had to spend more time trying to find a way to provide feedback. Do you truly want it, given that you make it pretty hard?4. All of the staff involved with my surgery were awesome: knowledgeable, friendly, caring, patient, funny, professional. They gave me a great sense of comfort that I was in good hands.5. Hannah Calvelli did my next day follow-up, and she, as usual, was awesome... a real gem and someone I hope will be my eye doctor for many years.
