First time visit to Maine Eye Center, my wife and I had appointments about 3 hours apart. The office had a cancelation, knowing I was waiting for my and that I had an appointment later in the day, they brought me in about 2 hours before my scheduled appointment. Dr. Walters and his assistant were terrific ensuring I knew each step of the process and explaining the test results. I highly recommend using Maine Eye Center.

Really shady billing practices that is a direct quote from my insurance company after trying to resolve issues with them. My normal eye check-up went well, but I think my insurance company summed up the overbilling and poor communication that followed perfectly. I have never had an issue with routine care at an eye doctor. Go anywhere else.
