1. I received conflicting instructions regarding the eye drops associated with my cataract surgery. The Rx instructions say starting AFTER surgery instill 1 drop 3x daily.... The instructions I received from ME Eye a few weeks earlier say to do 3 drops the day BEFORE surgery, and one drop the morning of.2. After surgery I was given a paper asking me to Please participate in our Patient Satisfaction Survey! However, upon entering the web address, I got the message Not accepting additional responses at this time.3. I tried to email you, but apparently you dont provide an email option??? So I had to spend more time trying to find a way to provide feedback. Do you truly want it, given that you make it pretty hard?4. All of the staff involved with my surgery were awesome: knowledgeable, friendly, caring, patient, funny, professional. They gave me a great sense of comfort that I was in good hands.5. Hannah Calvelli did my next day follow-up, and she, as usual, was awesome... a real gem and someone I hope will be my eye doctor for many years.
