I cannot say how good my experience was with these folks. I was from out of town and was having an an eye issue which turned out to be a partially detached retina. Everyone we dealt with, intake person, nurses and doctors were so very good to deal with and professional. My experience at Maine Eye Center is always great. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. My wait time is short, and my Drs assistant is knowledgeable and comforting. My doctors are very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer my questions even some that I think might be silly, but im always reassured that no question is silly.

despite a delay, my appointment was handled extremely well, and I received surgery immediately to rectify my retinal tear. The staff was caring and professional. I will always return to this practice for any ophthalmic issue!
