Its always a great experience at Lake Austin Eye.The staff members that I have interacted with, Madison, Ashley, and Dr. Broyles, are welcoming , on time, and proficient in their fields of expertise.From the time you arrive for your appointment, Madison greets you by name with a great big smile, and then proceeds to update paper work, not only at the beginning of your visit, but also at the end. Ashley then takes you to a testing room to check the status of eyes, explaining each test along the way, and prepping you for the doctor. Dr. Broyles then reviews the testing, examines eyes, takes time to explain any procedure going forward, and makes you feel as though you are her only patient.I highly recommend Lake Austin Eye and their caring, personable, and excellent staff.

I had corneal crosslinking on both eyes at Lake Austin Eye, and each time the staff has been very accommodating and very helpful. The surgeries have both went extremely well.

Professional at every position. Operated with a sense of urgency.While sitting in the chair at my Retina Dr., The Retina Dr. texted Dr Cottle about the seriousness of my condition. On two separate occasions, Dr. Cottle and staff worked me in their schedule the same day and performed procedures that potentially saved my vision.
