Dr. Chan and her staff are friendly, efficient, competent and professional. From the front desk receptionists to the technicians putting me through the multitude of tests and of course with Dr. Chan herself, I feel thoroughly cared for both medically as a patient and more importantly, as a person. Ive had debilitating eye issues most of my life, but as a patient of Lake Austin Eye, I finally have some answers and truly believe Im going to experience relief for the first time.Thank you, Dr. Chan!

Absolutely amazing sensitive care. Regardless of time, date or circumstances; i have always received the most excellent care.The staff is professional, kind and very approachable.
