Dr. Chan is the best! She is so thorough and understanding when it comes to dry eye. She was patient and willing to hear my concerns and address them. Together we decided using plugs in my tear ducts was a good option to try. She was patient and kind! Ultimately, putting the plugs in was over in seconds, praying they work. If not, she says she has more options to try!
