The entire process is incredibly organized and efficient. Each staff member makes certain that your are comfortable and know what is going on. Nothing is left to chance including the scheduling in advance, making certain all questions are answered. The actual procedures being done in Naples is a great convenience. All of the surgical team are efficient but most importantly caring and attentive. Dr. Franz is every good as his ads claim he is. Followup is constant.

Had eyelid surgery with Dr Christine Bokman and she did an amazing job correcting a droopy eyelid on the left eye and excess eyelid skin affecting vision for both eyes. Wonderful staff at Frantz and extremely talented surgeon. Almost fully healed within 7 days and have improved field of vision.

I have to leave a rave review for Frantz EyeCare and especially their Optician Claire. She and the staff at Frantz are absolutely phenomenal! The level of customer service and care is incomparable. For years I have been searching for my prefect fit for eye care... I have finally found it! I am so picky about fashion, especially for something I wear everyday. My glasses have to be perfect. The fit, the comfort, the style, shape, and quality are all extremely important to me. The thing that stands out about Frantz EyeCare is not only their selection and quality of frames and lenses it's their Optician. Claire is really like a personal stylist. I told her what I was looking for and she knew by looking at my face shape the exact glasses that I would want. She picked out about 5 different frames for me, but the first one I tried (the one she knew I would pick) were it! I absolutely love love love them! She was so knowledgeable and helpful with deciding on what lenses to get. I really felt like I was in good hands, and being well taken care of the entire time I was there.
