I just want to say that I havent had an eye exam in longer than I can remember (probably 10 yrs) because Im absolutely terrified of anything or anyone getting near my eyes. BUT the staff and doctor at Frantz were extremely kind and patient with me, were able to perform all the necessary tests in gentle and caring ways to put me at ease. The young lady put me at ease and had a way to get drops in my eyes without me opening my eyes and she didnt make me feel stupid or ashamed for being afraid of drops. The office is well organized, on time, while thoroughly examining my eyes without making me feel rushed. The doctor was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will go back next year and annually after that since they made it not so terrifying!
