Hardly any wait. Actually got in early. Ive had cataract surgery here which I have been very pleased with. Now recovering from Eyelid surgery which so far has gone very well. Staff is always very friendly helpful. Always have time to answer questions, even the doctors. Never feel rushed. Offices are very clean.

Dr Frantz went above an average practitioner for me. He phoned and spoke with my primary MD who had reported to me some negative impressions of cataract surgery from some of her other patients (not patients of Dr Frantz). Because these comments by my primary created fear and nervousness about the outcome of the procedure, I needed Dr Frantz assurances. My Primary felt confident after speaking with him and then so did I.Everything went smoothly, and I have had a life-changing experience. I can see without contact lenses and without glasses for distance for the first time since maybe college.Dr Frantz has made a huge impact on my life!Barbara Bennison
