I am a snowbird from New England. Unfortunately, I couldnt get my cataract surgery done before I left for Florida. I was a little apprehensive to have it done in Florida but decided to go for it. I called Florida Eye Clinic in Clermont and got an appointment right away. I was told up front that it would take a few hours so I knew what to expect. Met the Staff and Dr. Shoss and was pleased with my visit. What surprised me the most was, not only was he the eye doctor but also the surgeon. In Massachusetts you usually see your eye doctor first and then sent to the surgeon. I then realized why this office is so busy. I had surgery on both my eyes and what a difference. I cant tell you how pleased I am, not only the outcome but the whole process. Thank you Dr. Shoss and staff for a great experience.

My mother had a procedure done by Dr. Shoss, I could not believe how fast my mother recovered. I am from Boston, MA. and I have to say that this doctor should be ranked just as good as those that work at Boston Medical. Great job and thank you for helping my mother see again. I would definitely recommend this eye clinic to anyone who lives in Florida.

Dr. Shoss his Staff @ his Office the Surgery Center are wonderful !I came to Dr. Shoss with shingles in my eyes. During the course of treating this very painful condition. We discussed my vision. My left eye only seeing shadows my right eye not much better.Even though I was much younger than most cataract patients. He decided we could try surgery.After wearing glasses since I was in fourth grade. I am so excited !!! I no longer need glasses to drive or anything else but reading.The staff at the surgery center are awesome you are in and out before you know it. Very easy recovery loved it.I just want to say thank you to Dr. Shoss and his staff at both centers you guys are awesome.

I just had cataract surgery through Florida Eye Clinic and Dr. Shoss. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and Dr Shoss was great. I would highly recommend them. I was scared the day of surgery but they put me at ease and explained everything as they went along. No pain and I now can see the world brighter and sharper than before. Thank you Dr. Shoss and staff.
