The check in staff was very professional. I was seen right on my scheduled time. Dr Lavando Iis always courteous and explain the process . We going to miss her and I will go back to the Ocoee office.

I was very nervous because I realized that theres a possibility that I might need cataract surgery. From the time I entered the location in Clermont. The front desk personnel was absolutely wonderful. I did not wait very long before I was called in, and the staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease although my eyes had to be dilated they help me through the process. Once the process was finished and the examination started with an absolutely wonderful doctor, I felt like I was in good hands. Everything was explained To my satisfaction. They made the process comforting and easy for me. They were able to schedule an appointment date fairly quickly for my eye surgery. I was very fortunate, considering that there was quite a number of people there Tells me thats a great location and an excellent doctor. I feel Im in great hands and look forward to the procedure and be able to see Clear Once again. I would definitely recommend this location and doctor. Thank you, Richard Morales.
