The staff are very friendly and helpful despite being busy. The team works well together and the process is very organized and efficient. From the multiple reminders pre appointment all the way to the setting of the next the whole thing is a pleasant experience of knowledgeable people doing good work.

Great experience with Dr. Smith and all of the staff. Very thorough, professional and pleasant! I would definitely recommend. The only thing lacking was their frames selection. They could do with some more premium brands and hardly any trendy men's frames were present. But you can always take your prescription elsewhere and it's worth visiting to ensure your eyes are properly examined, since that should be the main focus anyway.

The receptionist was nice. She asked that I pay the co-pay. Then she saw that I could get a credit and she applied it reducing my co-pay. I didnt have to wait long. They took me back and did the usual examination.I gave them a 4 and not a 5 because Dr. Shoss is leaving and they couldnt schedule my next visit.
