Everybody is very nice. The one thing somebody needs to hear is how UNGODLY COLD it is in there!!! It was in the 70s outside. So I was wearing a tee shirt. I was so cold in there that it hurt. And youre there two hours. They HAVE to adjust the temperature to a more reasonable level!!!! Other patients who must have been there before had winter coats on.

I was scheduled for 8:00 AM and rushed to arrive on time. When I checked in, the front desk asked me to fill out some paperwork. After waiting for about an hour with no updates, I went back to ask, and they realized they had forgotten to process my paperwork to collect the deductible. I also asked if the doctor was in, and the staff seemed confused, pointing at each other. They spent most of the time chatting and laughing loudly, which didnt feel very professional.However, once I was finally taken in, the experience completely changed. The nurse was very professional, and the doctor was excellent. He has extensive knowledge in his field, and I felt very confident in his care. I would recommend him 200%.

The staffs are very understanding, professional and made you feel very comfortable. I wanted to thank Maria who is Dr.Steedle assistant for all her help and kindness with all the paperwork to get me to be seen quickly. Also wanted to thank Dr.Steedle for being so humble and understanding when taking care of me. He answered all my questions, explained what was going on during the exams, the results, treated me like a human being and eased my concerns because of another doctor. His kindness and humbleness showed how much he cares about his patients and I am grateful to have found him. Visit was a little expensive for self paying patient and then charging for a follow up appointment was a little concerning because Ive not experienced that before until now. All in all it was a good experience.

I was pleased due to they showed appt cancelled staing Dr had left practice and that I eeded to reschedule. I did not get voicemail and they fit me in as I have issue with right eye
