Dr. Pappas is kind, patient and honest. I like him. My regret is I had questions and I forgot to ask them. My fault but I was so nervous I forgot. A patient portal would be nice so your questions could be asked without calling. Getting through by phone takes forever.Also, the guy who checked me out definitely needs more training. He was very slow and unsure of himself.The doctor and staff are very kind.

A few years ago I had so many issues here and it was a nightmare to even get an appointment. I swore i wouldnt come back. I decided to give them a try again (4 years later) and it was a night and day difference. Great experience this time. I hope it stays this way.
