The Medical staff and Dr. Pappas at the Florida aye clinic where outstanding. They were Complete professionals. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because the front office where patients arrive has horrible customer service. They obviously have a lot on their plate when it comes to inprossesing patients. They allow those frustrations to impact incoming appointments by being abrasive and borderline rude.. They need to do better in separating the two.

Dr Cho is very nice and knowledgeably. The staff are helpfully and pleasant. If waiting time is not too long it would be greater.
