Dr.Lugo is the best doctor in the world. He makes dreams come true. I started seeing Dr. Lugo at the tender age off 22. There was nothing they could do for my rare eye disease, according to several eye specialists.It was predicted that I would go blind by age 28. In 2011, I was pregnant and my eyesight was rapidly deteriorating. After having my beautiful son at the age of 23, I became legally blind. After a year, Dr. Lugo performed my corneal transplant. In spite of my eyes rejecting both corneas. Using corneal regraphing, he saved my eyes immediately.Fast forward to yesterday. My right eye was in immediate danger of being lost. Dr. Lugo saved my eye once again. It is with great gratitude that I thank him for his assistance when no one knew the answers and no one was willing to take a chance on my eyesight.Thank you so much for helping me!I appreciate everything you have done for me, Dr. Lugo.
