The minute you walk through the door you have smiling faces. The medical assistance are very courteous compassionate and patient.She explained everything step by step. I was very pleased with the outcome of my eye exam with Dr Patel.Very pleasant very knowledgeable.He referred me to a higher source in regards to my results. Ill see them soon again

Amazing Dr. and staff Ever since the first time I met Dr. Ross i felt very strong that I was in excellent hands. Dr. Ross is so professional, kind, caring, tried to find me referrals to assist me and guide me to get some kind of help due to my critical situation I now find myself in, he truly cares. I look forward going to my visits with Dr. Parks because he is an amazing good person. The clinic is very clean, well organized, they are always on time, I am truly impressed with this office and in particular feel blessed being a patient of Dr. Ross. If i dont completely lose vision on the right eye as well , I thank first God and then Dr. Ross who has tried all possible to help me with the mess doctor Patel in Lake Nona did leaving me blind of my left eye after what should have been a simple cataract surgery. Thank you Dr. Ross and staff.
