    Doctors are great, they get five stars. The optical department on the other hand couldnt get anything right if their lives depended on. They constantly are later than they tell you and are very unorganized. They tell you one thing on the phone and then when you get there they tell you something else. Every time Ive gotten glasses there they get delayed for one reason or another, but they dont bother to call and tell you that. Its only when you take the time to go there to pick them up do they tell you that theyre not ready. Ordered glasses for my daughter and the five days they were supposed to be finish in turned into almost a month. From now on well be getting our glasses elsewhere. Its not worth the hassle.

    Dr. Fenzl is very professional and dedicated, however this clinic's scheduling staff does not communicate with the doctor's staff.I had a 7:30 appointment scheduled in Bettendorf and was told it would take about an hour. Several days before my appointment they changed it to two separate appointments starting at 7:30 they assured me I would be seen by the doctor by 8:30 and they moved the appointment to Rock Island. I told them of another appointment I had at 9:45, and asked if I needed to reschedule it. They assured me I would see the doctor by 8:30 and would be fine. At 9:30 I still had not seen the doctor.I ended up having to leave to go to my other appointment and come back. I appreciate their willingness to let me do that, after initially being very confrontational, but I never should have been put in that position in the first place.

    Seems in a hurry to leave. Not very good manners. Would rather have a different Dr.
