    I was told to wait outside (in the rain) as there is virtually no waiting room, waited over an hour to be told I wouldn't be seen.

    Waited a month and a half for an appointment, which I suppose is understandable with current conditions. I arrived 5 minutes late because the roads around the building were rerouted for some sort of maintenance. I was told that they couldn't take me now because they had another appointment in 10 minutes, I was 5 minutes late. Either they were lying to me or they are scheduling 15 minute appointments during a pandemic.

    Went in for Cataract surgery for the spouse. After the "Sales Presentation" I felt as if I was being sold a used car by a high pressure salesman. When questions were asked about the Total Cost out of my pocket.. ( what would I have to write a check for when finished ) i never received any answers. These questions were bypassed and never answered.Lots of "hidden" fees were not gone over in the presentation but were given in the exit packet . After review of this paperwork not available at the sales presentation, these additional fees were discovered.In later conversation with ECS I was told I should know more about what my Health insurance would cover. Those fees where what I asked ECS to tell me. . Again, the answer was shifted to be my responsibility to research on my own rather than ECS to tell me the answers they should have on file.The end result is that I had a very bad feeling about entering into a contract with ECS and the surgery was cancelled.
