    The door staff is that great needs customer service skills . Now o let her stop you the rest of the staff is really good and knowledgeable. Dr Lutz is very through Nd he double and triple checks stuff . I feel like Im in good hands with him

    This practice consistently overbooks. Elderly people sitting in waiting rooms for hours. Wont let any family in so they can get more patients inside. 3 different people in line said they had a 1pm appt with the same MD my 91 year old aunt is seeing. She went in at 12:50 , its 2:24 and she is still not out.

    This place always overbooks and people, mostly elderly have to wait hours to be seen. Now during covid-19, no one can go in with the patients, so they can book more patients. Ridiculous!!! I heard 3 people in line say they had a 1pm appointment with the same MD my 91 yr old aunt is seeing. Got here at 12:45 for 1 , its 2:17 and I am still sitting in the car!!! And Im an RN, not that it matters anyway.
