    Dr. Tara Farrell is amazing. Ive seen 4-6+ optometrists over the years and shes the first person to see a strange focus problem I have due to the way my eyes relax that no other doctor has spent the time to get to the bottom of. Shes the first person to properly diagnose me and tell me when I actually needed glasses and help me with a very specific lens for them. I would recommend Dr. Farrell to anyone and have already to several family members.

    Ugh! Had my eyes dilated - no roll-up lenses available for getting outside. New system for getting into your appointment is terrible. You have to scan your own driver's license and insurance cards. Then make your payment. I was paying cash no one was at the front desk so I just went straight in for my appointment. At the end when I was checking out heaven forbid - the receptionist asked if I paid. I told the truth no one was at the front desk. Without taking a breath - the receptionist said "I can take that here." LOL. Okay if you must. I just find it so funny over the last two years how the health care industry is so concerned about the co-pay.

    Horrible. I have a long history of eye issues starting with diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, visual field defect, floaters, vitreous bleed.... My first appointment, he barely looked in my eyes and said everything was fine as he walked out the door. I stopped him asking if the bleeding in my left eye was still present and he firming said "I said everything is fine!" and slammed the door. I went back to my specialist (2 hours away) and the bleeding had not gotten worse, but was still there as proven by photos.
