    On Saturday January 22, 2022 I had to call the Kingston office for an appointment and because we were having a problem getting a prescription filled. The person I spoke to on the phone, Tracy, was incredibly helpful. Although it was a last minute appointment, because the doctor requested a recheck quickly, Tracy kindly accommodated us. And when i asked about a prescription that we wouldnt have been able to fill until Monday, she worked to be able to get us a sample to get through the weekend. I was very impressed with the concern and compassion we recieved. We always recieve stellar service at Eye Care Specialists, but this was evn more above and beyond!

    Today my daughter had a 8:15am appointment. When we pulled up there was only one vehicle in the parking lot. I waited in my car until 9:45am. I went inside to see what happened to her. They went to go find out. As i waited in the lobby I noticed all of the filthy kiosks. They all looked like the screens were wiped with an old dirty dishrag. Finally at 9:55am she was done. Now i went there a few weeks ago for me and was out in 40 mins. This is how I know how long it should have taken .The staff gave me a b.s. excuse and I let them know this was unacceptable. I do not recommend, also the selection of glasses was poor.

    Highly recommend Eye Care Specialists. Highly skilled doctors and staff, do a great job explaining what is going on. Very professional and well organized. Love the staff! Dr Hedaya and Dr Lutz are the two docs I see. Highly recommend them!
