Waited an hour today for my scheduled appt. Walked out. Staff is good. The 2 drs i have been to are notoriously late They can text you to pre register and pay, which i had to do again anyway when i arrived but not that the dr is running late? This was Kingston But had the first morning appt in W Pittston a few weeks ago and was still half hr until i saw the dr. And why does my vision need to be checked every time (even at 2 week follow up appt) when i am there to see the ophthalmologist?

Both Dr. Lisa Toole, as well as Deborah, who'll order your contact lenses for you, will be certain that you attain not only 20/20 vision, but also that you receive customer satisfaction par excellence each and every time! It would never cross my mind that I should look elsewhere for a higher standard of care. They've already exceeded it!
