Worse customer services and lack of communication, professional standards and courtesy. After 3 weeks waiting contacted glasses department inquiring as when to expect delivery and was asked to come in stating glasses were ready. I am handicapped and waiting for back surgery using a walker barely able to go room to room at home. Got there & told I made a mistake had the wrong information. Kept calling and finally told the office was aware on 7/7/22 delay in getting lenses but never informed of delay but expected to be responsible to call & hobble in when after one month was informed they arrived. No concern, consideration, kindness or empathy shown & never kept aware of the problem. After 40+ years of family using Eye Care in Kington and Dr. Evans calling me his June girl as I always kept my appointments with him. So sad to say Goody-Bye
