    Today my daughter had a 8:15am appointment. When we pulled up there was only one vehicle in the parking lot. I waited in my car until 9:45am. I went inside to see what happened to her. They went to go find out. As i waited in the lobby I noticed all of the filthy kiosks. They all looked like the screens were wiped with an old dirty dishrag. Finally at 9:55am she was done. Now i went there a few weeks ago for me and was out in 40 mins. This is how I know how long it should have taken .The staff gave me a b.s. excuse and I let them know this was unacceptable. I do not recommend, also the selection of glasses was poor.

    Had a bad experience with getting my glasses right. It definitely was NOT the Drs. fault, but the lady that fitted me with them was very condescending, and basically just made me feel as if it was my fault. Long story short, I left with a pair of glasses I cant wear, just because I felt like there was nothing I could say to her without it resulting in an argument.

    We have been here multiple times and were previously very pleased with this office but after this time I don't plan to return. When we previously ordered here for my son they had a large selection of frames to try on and the frames &/or lenses were ready in 2 weeks (which is standard, I've needed glasses most of my life as well). So this time we go in to try on the next size up for my son to possibly order with new lenses and they barely had anything in stock, there was nothing anywhere near his size to try on. So we had to wait 2 weeks for them to order frames just to try on, they left me a voice mail on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving just saying they were in and only that....how about mentioning the office would be closed the rest of the week so that I didn't have to drive down there Friday AM to find them closed & have to drive back the same way for work that afternoon just to repeat the same 2 trips Monday?! So we go back Monday and had to stand there 40 minutes with my toddler and a crowd of others that the 3 techs (which turned into 2 when 1 just got up and left halfway through my wait) were in absolutely no hurry to assist anyone. When it was our turn the frames fit but came in the wrong color which they said was no problem that they would reorder the right color frames and order the lenses too since we knew they fit now. 2 1/2 weeks go by & I call to check on them and am told "not ready yet", the next week his father calls & was told "not ready yet". At the end of that week his father checks in person & was told it was taking so long b/c 1) I ordered wrong: NO I DIDN'T 2) he has a high prescription: YES BUT ALL HIS OTHER HIGH PRESCRIPTION LENSES STILL ONLY TOOK 2 WEEKS 3) due to Xmas: NOT WHEN I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER. So they finally call to let us know they are ready the day after Xmas & I went the next day to get them. The tech starts with "so did they tell you what was going on?". Apparently they were repeatedly getting the wrong color frames in and didn't bother to actually tell us what was going on and giving BS excuses & blaming me & only called when they thought they had the right thing which was close but still wrong. Luckily in case of this I had the stroke of genius to check Amazon & they did have the size & color I wanted. I told the tech I am done waiting on them & that I wanted the lenses & a refund for the frames, that I would order them myself. He then sent me to his supervisor whose gave me the lenses & proceeded to tell me that they don't keep cash in the building for refunds(B.S. it wasn't even $100 they definitely could have come up with that) and that I would have to wait for their accountant to cut me a check....at this point I was so ridiculously furious I could barely ask how long & can you mail it, was told about a week and yes. I then just had to get the hell outta there cause my next move was probably going to be to leap across the desk & choke the living daylights out of that woman. I got the exact size & color of frame in 3 days off Amazon & had to wait 2 weeks for my refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I have been here more than once and although I believe the doctor's to be quite competent, this office is like entering a factory assembly line for eye care patients. Today's visit was scheduled for 9AM. Arrived 8:45 as directed, and had already pre registered. Once you enter there is really no direction as to where to go if pre registered. There are dozens of patients waiting in color coded seating with staff wandering around calling for patients based on some internal schedule that defieslogic. Waited until 1035 see the doctor for our 9AM appointment and had to call attention to this long wait. Staff is okay but system seems broken! Needs Big Fix!!!!
