Called to find out if my wifes eyeglasses were ready, her appointment was on the 11th todays the 24th. Was on the phone 17 minutes to find out that they will call the company tomorrow to find out where they are. 13 days and nonsense on the phone. I called at 3:00 and no one knew anything. A bunch of Sgt Schultzs!!!

One week after I started wearing glasses with a new prescription, i experienced some blurred vision. Eye care specialists quickly scheduled me for a rx check the very next day. Ill be getting a newly fine tuned lens to solve the problem. Thank you for promptly addressing my issue
