Had another great visit at the Dallas office. Was taken in for my pre Dr eye exam by technician who was super nice and efficient. As always Dr Evans was also fantastic. Great experience from check in to check out. Everyone is so friendly. Was out very quickly, the office is run very nicely! After Dallas appointment, I went to Kingston site to pick out glasses. Again I was seen quickly, picked and ordered glasses all within about a half hour!

The Care and Service is very good at the Eye Care Specialist! However, the Wait Time in the Waiting Room was ridiculous!!! My Dad had to wait 40 minutes prior to being seen. A lady sitting there quoted that she had to wait an hour at her last appointment prior to being seem. This needs to be rectified.

Our family visits the Dallas office. Totally awesome. Doctors are great, staff is helpful and kind. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

Love eye care specialist.. only thing I dislike is being sent an email to pre-register for next day and confirming insurance and other data is correct.. then having to do the same thing again on your appointment day.. its repetitive and annoying you should be able to go to the kiosk put in your name and date of birth and get a confirmation that registration was complete. ..
