My husband had a 4pm appointment. I waited in the waiting room while he was examined. MANY people came, got examined and left while I waited an HOUR!!! Longest eye exam EVER!! Then he couldn't even pick out a pair of glasses because all the opticians had gone home! He's needed new glasses for a while and now has to wait longer to get them. We will NOT be going back there to order them!

Dr. Grohol is absolutely amazing Ive had him for years and cannot say enough good things. He is very caring and helpful. Unfortunately his staff in optical are not consumer friendly or helpful and I did not have a good experience with the optical staff, very unprofessional.
