    Check in was quick with their machines to check yourself in, staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr Jones was lovely! My only complaint was the line for the optics/glasses area, there were only 5 chairs but 7+ people waiting at one point, but it was also right at "getting off of work" time, so I assume it's a very situational problem. There doesn't seem to be room for more chairs than that, but hopefully they can sort that out so multiple people aren't standing for the 30-ish minute wait that had.

    These five stars are for Stephany at the front desk at the Kingston location!!! I came in to make an emergency appointment and she helped me right away. She was so kind and helpful and even when others told me no for concerns I had (I wanted the answer to be yes), she gave me phone numbers and other avenues to try and help me out and my concerns were resolved through those avenues !!! Thank you Stephany!!
