Ive been seeing Dr. Mulligan for nearly 16 years....well before he opened Clearview. Hes an amazing eye surgeon. He performed cataract surgery on me 10 years ago and gave me sight I hadnt had since I was a kid. I am eternally grateful for his gift of such service.His office operates like a well-oiled machine...pleasant front desk & technicians take patients thru tests & exams with courtesy and efficiency & always a genuine smile. In my opinion theres no better care available anywhere!

Very efficient without feeling rushed - a difficult balance to obtain. Dr Mulligan explained my condition in easy to understand lay person terms. Very cordial mannerism.
