Efficient, knowledgeable, and practical. Western medical doctors have essentially two arrows in their quivers: pills & blades. Dr. Mulligan refreshingly adds practicality to his approach. "If addressed early enough, a hot compress and a few eye drops will do as well as an (rather uncomfortable and costly) in-office procedure." "Cataract surgeries are optional, dependent on whether the condition is troublesome to the patient." If you're looking for an eye doctor who provides honest, balanced information and perspective, Dr. Mulligan is very refreshing, indeed!

Everyone is very professional and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Mulligan for years, he is always very thorough. I would highly recommend Clearview.
