Dr a mulligan not only is very competent and knowledgeable in hi field. He also is desirous of the patient participating twin the decisions regarding care. Additionally, he takes the time to get to know his patient to some degree and to share info about himself as another human being

We've been going to this clinic for over 30 years. I highly recommend them and Dr. Mulligan. He performed lens replacement surgery for both my wife and me.

I've had three eye exams at Dr. Mulligan's office over the past few years. The Dr. and his office staff are always friendly and professional and the testing takes very little time so your in and out within an hour. It's close to home too so that's a big plus. Hey, I can see what I just typed!
