Excellent doctors & staff. Explanations of your situation are clear & concise. Ive been seeing Dr. Harris for several years. He explains all the pictures & what he sees in a conversational way that makes it easy to ask questions. I like being able to check-in online. Makes the process faster. They know what they are doing.

Very well run and the people are knowledgeable. A remote check in process could cut down on the time spent sitting in the waiting room around people that may not be as concerned with social distancing.

Great service. Get a text (I signed up for them) that my appointment is due. You can also get emails. Check in online. You get to the office and tell the receptionist that you have checked in online, Voila, take a seat wait to be called, within 5 minutes I'm called and the process begins. I am being seen by the doctor within 15 minutes of my arrival. I will say this was unusual. there is usually a 20-25 minute wait, but they have improved so much. I love my doctor Donovon. He is so patient and kind. Takes all the time you need to explain any questions I may have. Great practice, my husband and I both go there.
