    I am a caretaker for an elderly disabled Veteran and am making this review on his behalf and request.The experience he received was A++ from beginning to end at the Fleming Island location.The check in staff were overwhelmingly polite, curtious and went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable in the very clean, inviting waiting room.Kristen brought him back promptly to another very clean room, was very very professional, thoughtful to his unique needs and she was extremely clear and thorough.Patti took him to a very clean and seemingly state of the art imagery room. She was very professional, with clear and concise verbal instructions to assist him, and gave excellent communication.Kristen came back and promptly took us to the exam room after a brief wait where we met with Dr. Dupree. This overall experience was positive, professional and straightforward with excellence in all aspects.Lastly, but not least, we checked out with Emily who assisted with scheduling future appointments. She really went above and beyond, being flexible and really focused on making sure that we were able to get scheduled in a timely manner that also meshed well with our very busy schedule.Extra emphasis here, there was no clear star of the show. Everyone was. From top to bottom, there was a constantone team, one goal 110% BIG energy that all of the staff listed above brought to the table and it really showed.As someone who assists him with appointments all over North Florida, I get the opportunity to silently observe and I must say, the staff and facility at this location set the bar HIGH for all other medical professionals to strive for.Best of the Best in every way imaginable!-Thank you for your excellence!
