I have been a patient at Clay Eye for over 10 years. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Downer! He performed my cataract surgery when I was 53; this surgery was life-changing for me and nothing short of. a miracle. Due to being a micro-Preemie, I had high myopia with a prescription of -21 and -20, my eyes were suffering from wearing thick contact lenses for 40 years! Since cataract surgery, my vision is nearly perfect! Its amazing to see clearly without correction. Dr Pecararo, my retina specialist is kind & caring and annually monitors the health of my retinas. I am thankful to have the excellent care of the Clay Eye Team and their wonderful staff.

The doctor was great, and so were the receptionists. When I called I was able to receive a text back to schedule an appointment and they were able to squeeze my emergency in as soon as I needed it! I'm feeling much better now after they prescribed the perfect eye drop for my scratched eye
